Three months in-game and still no idea where Shaun is? If this describes your Fallout 4 experience, odds are good you’ve been lost in settlement hell, building and building and building. If our settlement guide that explained the vanilla settlement building tools wasn’t enough, here’s a list of the Fallout 4 settlement mods you’ll need to get you started.
Fallout 4 - Enabling Modding for PC : This simple guide doesn’t show you how to install mods, but rather sets up your PC version of Fallout 4 so that it is ready for mods to be installed. There’s a video walk-through for maximum ease of use, so make sure you do this first before you start downloading mods.
Settlement Supplies Expanded (SSex) : This mod adds a wealth of new custom items and furniture to what’s available for your settlements. This mod boasts: “71 Useable Furniture Items, 80 Doors (that do not need to be attached to a wall), 14 Miscellaneous Interactive Objects, 228 Static Objects (Cars/Trees/Rocks, etc.), 9 Food Planters (From Vault 81 / Graygarden), 1 Alternate Power Armor Rack.”
Higher Settlement Budget : Do you have higher aspirations than the build limit in your settlements will allow? Then this mod is for you. Build endlessly. The sky is not the limit ‘cause there is no limit. “The point of this mod is to allow you to build more for your settlements, since Bethesda placed a limit. It's super simple!”
Settlements Expanded : This mod extends the build limit in addition to offering commands that give you 1000 of each building material and granting you the ability to grant or remove settlement-related perks. “The goal of Settlements Expanded is to unlock and add functionality to, many of the objects within the Fallout 4 world that are clearly missing from the construction menu when designing your settlements,” states the mod description.
Homemaker - Expanded Settlements : “Homemaker is a mod that expands upon the vanilla crafting system for settlements, and adds over 100 craftable objects to the game.” This mod adds new beds, fence sets, Institute objects, containers, and farmable crops.
Increased Settler Population : While the mod maker puts in a word of warning that this can be a little janky, especially when assigning mods, this helps you draw enough settlers to man your enormous new settlements. (This also blows the lid off the settlement workshop object limit.)
Longer Power Lines : This mod fixes one of the tiniest, most niggling irritants in the game, the short length of power lines.
Place in Red : This cheat table (not a mod) allows you to build outside of the settlement limits, like if you wanted to build a bridge from Sanctuary to Red Rocket. You’ll need Cheat Engine to make it work.
Darker Nights : Want the warm, cozy glow of your settlement’s lights to really pop against the darkness of the post-apocalypse? This mod offers seven levels of darkness, as well as offering different tints for night vision.

Hello.
Fallout 4 Nudeness Mod Xbox One 2018
So i've been modding a lot my Fallout 4 for some weeks now and still i can barely play a day without going through some mods issues.
Yet i've managed to get all my gameplay/immersion/tweaks/textures mods working together.
I even tweaked the default ultra settings to almost their highest possible values (because i can and want my playthrough to be as epic as possible).
And i'm totally satisfied with the result.
Screenshot of how my game looks like: http://imgur.com/4Ggzn4O
But where i struggle now is to have my settlement 'content' mods to work, in despite of all efforts i make to understand how those work (specifically about the menu scripts). So now i'm asking for help.
Here's some information to let you understand better the situation i'm stuck in:
Now, here's a summary of the problems i have:
There is obviously something wrong between these mods compatibility, and even if i did read carefully every single mod description i don't understand how am i supposed to do to fix this. If i try to disable/enable some of them to make them work together and spot the conflicts it breaks my workshop even more. What is odd is that these mods are not incompatible. I carefully choose them after a lot of reviews/videos/mod lists that were suggesting these mods to push settlement building into another level. A lot of people say it is not a problem to have a lot of settlement mods as long as you install them correctly and have compatibility patches.
I still don't understand how Settlement Keywords Expanded and Workshop Rearranged cohabit since both of them modify the workshop menus:
I tried to find SKE's patches for every mod i use beside, but unsuccessful. I scrolled the SKE Nexus page over and over to find any trick, any explanation, but unsuccessful. I searched a lot on internet to get any clue on making my mods work together, Reddit topics included, but unsuccessful.
So i'm asking to you guys that managed to install a lot of settlement mods and to make everything working just fine: how should i process?
Here below is my current load order. I removed from the load order any .esp that is not directly concerned by this thread. I tried to sort it with LOOT but it is not helping. And since i'm also playing with Horizon and some gameplay tweaks mods, i'd better avoid using it. I am aware the load order is very important but it is not what i'm struggling with right now.
Add gpedit msc. 1 thought on “ Download Group Policy Settings Reference Spreadsheet for Windows Version 1803”.
Thank you for reading and hope you'll bring some answers.

The biggest new feature in the long-awaited Fallout 4 (aside from customizable power armor) also happened to be one of the game's biggest disappointments. Yep, we're talking about settlements again, which has caused a serious love/hate (or just maybe hate/hate) relationship with Fallout fans.
While a steady string of DLC over the last few months added in a ton of settlement options, it still overall didn't quite make the game live up to the earlier entries in the series.
Where developers fail to deliver, modders step in to pick up the slack. If you've been hesitant to pick up settlement building or tried it and didn't care for the limited options, these mods will completely change your perception of how settlements can work.
Settlements Expanded
An overhaul of settlements entirely, this mod increases the maximum number of placeable objects, gives you all the required perks for building various objects, places 1,000 of each building material in your inventory, and greatly expands the number of items in the building menu.
Basically this one's a starter kit of sorts if you want to give settlements a try but don't have the patience to go hunt down a ton of materials manually.
Longer Power Lines
Sweet mother of apocalyptic god, if you only install one mod with this frustrating settlement system, make it this one! With this nifty mod, your power lines can extend all the way from one edge of town to the other.
No more guessing which item (totally lacking a description..) is meant to extend your power lines across larger settlements, and no more having to wonder how many power sources you can hook up to junctions.
Fallout Custom Paintings
While the various settlement-focused DLC did add in new aesthetic options for your town creations, there were still some seriously lacking areas. For a cool indoor area, this mod gives you 22 different paintings featuring iconic Fallout art from throughout the game's history.
Better Settlement Warning Messages
This mod changes the warning messages about settlements being under attack so you can't miss them. Instead of in the top corner, they pop up as main system message at the center of the screen, and also warn you as to what type of invader to expect (ghouls, synths, raiders, etc.).
Precise Object Movement
Do you absolutely hate the workshop's method for placing objects? This essential mod takes out all the hard work for you, instantly putting in console commands so you have far more precise control over exactly where an object is placed and how its oriented. You can tilt left, right, up, down, diagonal and so on in a much better way than Bethesda's original clunky system.
Better Settlers
This nifty mod massively expands the settler options so you don't get repeats, with a huge range of facial options, skin tones, outfits, weapons, etc. The Better Settlers mod ensures each settlement will look unique and have a more visually appealing (and combat-capable) cadre of settlers.
Snap 'n Build
If you don't have any of the DLC that covered this territory already, the Snap 'n Build mod adds in some great structure options that line up and snap together well, such as bunkers and greenhouses as well as new roof and window sets.
The best part is that they get their own sub-heading in the workshop menu, instead of each piece being flung around the already convoluted settlement building screen.
Workshop Rearranged
Note that this mod requires you to have the Nuka World DLC in order to function, but if you've got that expansion it us well worth picking up. Workshop Rearranged does exactly what it sounds like: streamlines the disorganized workshop menu, revises the snapping system to be more user-friendly, and as a bonus, adds in hundreds of new objects to use!
There are a ludicrous number of mods currently available for Fallout 4, from changes that turn the post-apocalyptic setting into a full-fledged horror game to mods specifically themed around Nuka Cola.
After you try out some of these settlement improvement mods, let us know what you thought of our picks, and be sure to recommend us more excellent settlement mods below!
